Rymenmy Yoga
Rymenmy Yoga integrates the principles and practices of ancient Oriental Medicine. The original Sanskrit meaning of yoga can be translated to ‘to unite’. Rymenmy Yoga brings together the original elements of traditional physical and mental disciplines originating in India with the concepts of Qi or energy flow and slow graceful movements of Chinese Qi Gong. Ultimately, through practice of Rymenmy Yoga, we seek to bring about the union of body and mind.
These disciplines are comprised of exercises formatted to gain strength, improve health and prevent disease thereby increase health and longevity of practitioners. Some of the benefits include the release of tired, stagnant and toxic energy, while increasing the circulation of fresh, oxygenated blood to internal organs and throughout the entire body. This type of yoga is suitable for people of all body types and ages.

INSTRUCTOR
Rubi Reyes
Rubi is the founder of Rymenmy Yoga and the director of Rymenmy Healing Center. Coming from a long line of Traditional Healers in her native town of Zapotitlan, she had received training and wisdom from her GrandMa who is a Master Healer. Because of her Healer heritage, she found herself drawn to Healing Arts of different cultures, especially Oriental Medecine and Martial Arts. After studying with various masters of different disciplines, Rubi created Rymenmy Yoga by integrates the original elements of traditional physical and mental disciplines originating in India with the concepts of Qi or energy flow and slow graceful movements of Chinese Qi Gong. To celebrate this unity of different discplines to bring about healing and also her heritage, she name this type of Yoga and her center "rymenmy" which means "unity".
