CLASS DESCRIPTION
BollywoodFIT is a Indian dance based cardio workout designed to increase your heart rate and get you pumped. It is highly effective as it uses your own muscle mass along with body toning movements to ensure that you are working up a sweat and shedding those extra pounds. It is a fun and easy way to stay healthy and active.
BollywoodFIT is made for all ages. Any one of any age group is welcome to attend. BollywoodFit is about embracing love for music & dance while staying fit and having fun!

Having Lived in India for 13 years, I grew up listening and dancing to Bollywood music. I love the beats and exuberance that Bollywood music encompasses of. Now as a ACE certified Group Exercise trainer, my love for Indian Dance and passion for fitness, come together in this class. I believe, when you move a little, you a lose a little. So, Let's all dance our way to fitness while enjoying the indian music.”.
